What causes pain and stiffness in the heels of the feet?
The first time you get up, I realize that there are a lot of stiffness and pain in the heels of feet. It takes a few minutes of standing or walking to get used to it.My wife thinks it's because I've put on weight after quitting. The only thing I know it hurts.
